foundational aerial silks

You will learn basic split fabric skills, both in the air and on the ground. This is a class for building all you will need to succeed in Level one and beyond. We will focus on skills such as climbing, inverting, footlocks, and hip keys - all while training balance and coordination as well as strength and endurance.

Aerial Silks combines Strength, Grace, and Flexibility to create a unique type of movement. As a beginner, your goal is to develop your "Aerial Muscles". You will be introduced to basic hangs, knots, climbs and a variety of skills and poses. The focus is on tapping into your upper body, core and grip strength. You will develop body awareness, as well as learning how to trust, balance and move on the apparatus.

In this class you will begin to see the results in your strength and fluidity. The goal is to continue building strength and endurance- focusing on proper body technique, sequencing skills together, and puts an emphasis on more skills in the air. Come learn how all of those fundamental skills lead up to more challenging and complex skills.

Intro sling

Aerial Sling uses the same fabric from aerial silk and similar movements, however the fabric is looped to create a circle. This class is designed for beginners or anyone looking to revisit the basics. We will cover foundational poses, proper form, and technique while building strength and confidence.

For students with prior experience or those who have completed an intro series. In this class, we’ll explore spin technique, drops, poses, and sequencing.

This class covers the foundational building blocks of Lyra with a strong focus on skill building, transitions, and conditioning. Students will learn proper technique through basic movement patterns and momentum, connecting skills together, and conditioning exercises to help inform personal training. This class will help students stronger in the air and will lay the groundwork for more advanced training.

You’ll jump right in with more advanced momentum, transitions, drops, spins, balances, and poses, all while gaining more fluidity, strength, and resilience on the apparatus. A strong emphasis is placed on feel ability as well as finding new paths between movements. You must be comfortable mounting, dismounting, inverting on the top bar and safely maneuvering in, around, and under the Lyra and span set.

This class covers the foundational building blocks of aerial rope with a strong focus on skill building, transitions, wrap theory, and conditioning. Students will learn proper technique through basic movement patterns and momentum, connecting skills together, and conditioning exercises to help inform personal training. This class will help students become stronger in the air and will lay the groundwork for a more advanced training curriculum.

specialized classes

We are currently offering two specialized classes!

Circus Fit: This will be a high intensity, circuit and strength class catered to all levels. We will work both on the ground and in the air. Actively using weights, props and multiple apparatuses. (UNAVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT)

The Art of Flexibility: Move your body and challenge your perceived limits, all the while maintaining control and stability. Active flexibility involves strengthening and stretching for injury prevention, athletic performance, and every day movement enhancement. This class will focus on overall flexibility. We'll take a deliberate, intuitive approach to tuning and listening to your body, as we ease into deeper flexibility. Nothing is rushed. We lovingly work with the body we have to achieve our goals!

The classes will be drop in only - membership class does not apply. Drop in fee is $15 for members and $25 for non members - must have MINIMAL aerial experience. The classes are not to be included in twice per week membership or 3 times per week membership.
