foundational aerial silks
You will learn basic split fabric skills, both in the air and on the ground. This is a class for building all you will need to succeed in Level one and beyond. We will focus on skills such as climbing, inverting, footlocks, and hip keys - all while training balance and coordination as well as strength and endurance.

Aerial Silks combines Strength, Grace, and Flexibility to create a unique type of movement. As a beginner, your goal is to develop your "Aerial Muscles". You will be introduced to basic hangs, knots, climbs and a variety of skills and poses. The focus is on tapping into your upper body, core and grip strength. You will develop body awareness, as well as learning how to trust, balance and move on the apparatus.

In this class you will begin to see the results in your strength and fluidity. The goal is to continue building strength and endurance- focusing on proper body technique, sequencing skills together, and puts an emphasis on more skills in the air. Come learn how all of those fundamental skills lead up to more challenging and complex skills.

Intro sling
Aerial Sling uses the same fabric from aerial silk and similar movements, however the fabric is looped to create a circle. This class is designed for beginners or anyone looking to revisit the basics. We will cover foundational poses, proper form, and technique while building strength and confidence.

For students with prior experience or those who have completed an intro series. In this class, we’ll explore spin technique, drops, poses, and sequencing.

MIXED LEVEL lyra
This mixed-level Lyra class blends foundational technique with more advanced skill work, focusing on strength, conditioning, momentum, transitions, spins, balances, and fluid sequencing on the apparatus. Students will be supported at their level while exploring more complex pathways—including inversions, drops, and dynamic movement—with emphasis on proper technique, safety, and progressive challenge for those comfortable mounting, dismounting, and inverting on the Lyra.

ROPE
This class covers the foundational building blocks of aerial rope with a strong focus on skill building, transitions, wrap theory, and conditioning. Students will learn proper technique through basic movement patterns and momentum, connecting skills together, and conditioning exercises to help inform personal training. This class will help students become stronger in the air and will lay the groundwork for a more advanced training curriculum.
